Joe Biden’s presidential campaign said Monday that if he were elected to the White House, he would rescind the Keystone XL Pipeline permit.
This is not news, except to Alberta premier Jason Kenney who recently gave $1.5 billion in taxpayer money, and $6 billion in loan guarantees, to TC Energy to build Keystone XL.
As a shareholder and Albertan, I can ask that question of Russ Girling, President and CEO of TC Energy.
Because asymptomatic cases are apparently just as likely to spread this very contagious virus, if, say, only half of all 4,137,000 Albertans ultimately get infected, the number of deaths due to COVID-19 would total 8,100
